No Power on a 2023 MacBook Pro: Protect the Original Board Before Data Recovery
If the MacBook shows no sign of power and Apple is proposing a full logic board replacement, ordinary data-recovery software is not the first step. The priority is to preserve the original logic board and have a board-level Mac specialist determine whether it can be made functional enough to access the internal storage.

Do Not Approve the Board Replacement Until the Data Decision Is Made
A replacement board can restore the computer, but it does not move the files stored on the original board onto the new one.
