Where Do You Get the Real Free TestDisk?
Download TestDisk and PhotoRec only from CGSecurity's official TestDisk download page. CGSecurity states that both tools are free and open source. The official package is portable: extract the archive and run the included executable; there is no Pro tier to unlock and no separate paid installer required.
If the program you opened shows a subscription, license upgrade, or Pro purchase screen, do not assume TestDisk has become paid. Verify the application name and return to the official CGSecurity package.
Should You Use TestDisk or PhotoRec for Deleted SD Card Photos?
