Mac Folder Deleted With No iCloud or Time Machine: The Recovery Options Left
Once the folder has been removed from Trash and there is no backup, macOS does not provide a built-in “undo” that can restore it. Your best remaining chance is to stop creating new data on that Mac and decide whether the internal volume is still readable enough for a recovery scan.
