  1. Run command prompt as administrator.
  2. Type “regedit” and press enter.
  3. Now proceed to the following path:
    HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
  4. Type the following and press enter:
    %USERPROFILE% \Desktop

Method 9: Run CHKDSK Scan
