Vulkan Runtime Libraries is a graphic standard installed by display card manufacturers like AMD, Intel, NVIDIA. It is a collection of software programs that brings functions and utility. In short, it’s essential for better graphics performance in any of your gaming experience. It’s important to know that this is not a virus or malware, thus you shouldn’t delete it from your system. API’s are a collection of protocols and tools that provide communication among software components.
