Hey i thought my experience might help people with this problem, because i solved it in one simple move. I used UFI flash drive to boot up the new windows install. Seems it did not agree woth something, got this format error and that windows can not be installed on that drive. I simply went back out, restarted as i cancelled the installation, then booted from USB not the UFI signaled line. Everything worked then as should.
