Compared to Version 7.0, Recoverit 8.0 is not the update in numbers, but the upgrade in the technology and ease of use. So we strongly suggest you always upgrade the software to the newest version.

To upgrade Recoverit to the latest version, just follow the steps below:
- Recoverit 7.X version doesn't support upgrade from the software directly. Please kindly download Recoverit 8.0 from the website again.
- Then you can register Recoverit 8.0 with the same email and license you have purchased previously.
- For 8.X users, the free lifetime update is provided. With an active Internet connection, Recoverit can be updated automatically. If not, please kindly click the Menu icon on the top right corner and select Check for Updates. The program will show you if there is an update available. If yes, click Update Now to update Recoverit.
